Pecorino
Pecorino is a white grape associated with the central Adriatic side of Italy, particularly the Marche. The nursery describes early ripening and production that is not always regular.
Small bunches and berries
Rauscedo describes relatively small cylindrical bunches, sometimes winged, and small round berries with thin skins. Rounded leaves may be entire or three-lobed. This form should be checked before a generic white-grape illustration is assigned.
Acidity and several wine uses
The technical description emphasises acidity and structure, with fresh fruit and spicy notes. It includes still wines, examples capable of ageing and sparkling wines. These are possible uses, not a claim about every bottle bearing the grape name.
